Construction of a new headquarters for CDPQ. This 667,120-sq. ft. structure has been lauded for its unique bio-climatic design. CDPQ's new headquarters is Canada's first double skin building designed for severe climatic conditions.

Work performed by Orbi:

Six massive steel stairs and 20 smaller steel stairs. Various architectural steel elements.
